Compared to Shuhak and Livvie, I'm a very-late riser - - I get up, 'my-time,' usually about 6:45am.
Each day can be different though. My work schedule varies and I know that getting to bed and getting up in the morning at the same time each day is better for one's health.
EDIT: Though I tend to go to bed a various different times and I eat my evening meal too late.

Shuhak lives in California. You live in either Michigan or Ohio (I think). When you’re rolling out of bed at 6:45, it’s only 3:45 in the morning in California. Sorry, Welby, he just gets to sleep later than you do.
That's not something I have to do very often anymore, however, my house is being re-roofed and skylight replaced and those guys are here when the sun comes up. We are finally getting our repairs for damage from Hurricane Ian 14 months ago. I'll be up by 6:44 in the morning...that is the time for sunrise tomorrow.
Wow - that's a long time to wait to have repairs made. I can sympathize with you on the noise. They are replacing and re-grouting the exterior bricks of our buildings pursuant to a NYC local law and the drilling is enough to make me crazy. My apartment is on a corner of the building and they are working on both sides at the same time so there's nowhere in my apartment to go to get away from the noise. Last week, I finally broke down and bought ear plugs. It helps, but not as much as I had hoped.
