    It's what they are called in Britain. I don't know if they have a different name in America.

    The basic vehicle is rather like a comfortable, battery-driven go-kart with similar stability but by no means speed, and some are fitted with a lightweight canopy.

    That in Spunky's photograph looks just like one of those but with a rigid body.

    No, but I like it! Seems convenient. As far as some drivers go, I want them to have only just enough horsepower to survive.
