Do you think Trump try's too hard to look cool?

I noticed his neck is looking pretty weird. So I figured if he started wearing a Dickie like Howard Wolowitz from the Big Bang Theory he might look cool. Cheers and happy holidays!

I don't think he was trying to look cool.  I think he was attempting to look ominous - as if to say, "I'll get you, my pretty."

I think he was just trying to look like a tuff guy. Thing is every day for 2 weeks Trump whined about how cold it was in the courtroom – put on a sweater tuff guy. Cheers and happy holidays!

His head is down - he's not looking up at something and the camera angle is from above, not below.  Are we looking at the same photo?

If the camera angle was from above, we would see the top of his MAGA hat. Instead we are seeing the bottom of both of their chins and necks.

Well the photo at the top is the one I answered about in the question.  (I do not have a reply post under Welby's thread)

The mugshot photo, he is not looking down either.  His chin is pointed slightly down and he is looking up.  It is a "f#?*! You" look. 

Yes, I can understand what his mug-shot look is intended to be.
For me, it's way over-the-top and, as usual, insincere. Just over-the-top bad acting. (This is just my opinion.)
I'd like to see Mr Trump in more casual state of mind.

To me, he so often seems to be "on," and trying very hard to be posing for something and he goes over-the-top. Relax, be yourself, Donald.  :)


The picture up there of him in a tux, though - - he looks just everyday, not posing - - that works well for him. I'd like to see him do that more often.

Whatever mood the media were going for, I'm unsure if they achieved it.  ;)

The mugshot was all Trump. 

The picture in the original question is the media. 

Yes, I was replying to you about the image in the posted question, not his mugshot image that I had posted.

I meant to say that I am unsure of what mood the media was going for -- or if the photographer was from media "for" or "against" Mr. Trump.
To me, neither explains Mr. Trump's very-strange-to-me facial expression.
