Is this the best dis someone ever gave Trump?

Today in the Oval office Trump had a meeting with the president of South Africa and claimed that there is a genocide of white people going on in South Africa.
The South African president kept trying to explain to Trump that - that is not happening - but Trump kept holding up photos of dead white people. Finally the South African president said – that he is sorry he didn’t have a plane to give to Trump.

    LOL ... Trump's behavior towards foreign heads of state is despicable.  Then again, so is Trump.

    Let someone sing "Kill the (insert group other than white here)" and see how the media etc respond.
    It is ridiculous that the Pres of S Africa is not protecting his citizens.

    Slashing taxes for the people who need it the least doesn't benefit enyone else
    Trump is cutting federal health and nutrition programs

    Republicans would like us to believe that the person most likely to steal from us is a Black person in a hoodie or an immigrant with tattoos.  The truth is that it's our government that is stealing from us.  If that were not true, they wouldn't be debating this bill under cover of darkness in the middle of the night.

    My costs have not increased.  Buy American and there is no tariff.  
    Illegals yes, should be removed from our medicaid.  Requiring able-bodied working age people to work is something that should never have stopped being enforced. 
    Illegals should be deported....
    I got a tax cut....I am not rich. 

    Trump administration does not care what race you are if you are a criminal you will be dealt with as a good gov should. 

    I don't remember anyone complaining when Dems passed bills in the middle of the night...

    I think there could be 4 possible reasons for Trump’s genocide claim.

    Trump recently cut off humanitarian aid to south Africa. By claiming there is a genocide against whites could help Trump justify his cruel act.

    Trump recently started taking in white migrates from south Africa. His genocide claim could keep the gravy flowing (I think Trump is getting some kind of kick back).

    Trump wants to inject some new white blood into the racism in America.

    Musk is trying to make a Starlink deal with south Africa.

    Or maybe he's right. There were 6900 murders in South Africa last year. 12 of them were white farmers. Never mind, your reasons seem more plausible.

    Correction: There were over 26,000 murders in South Africa in 2024. 44 were farmers or farm workers. South Africa does not report by race, but of the 44, 7 were farmers, who are usually White, the rest were employees, who are usually Black This post was edited by Jane S at May 22, 2025 2:14 PM MDT

    I think this is a good example of how ill informed Trump is - or how he lies to try and make his claim seem true.

    During the meeting, Trump held up a series of articles which he claimed showed evidence of white farmer killings in South Africa.

    There was an image clearly visible as Trump spoke and said: "Look, here's burial sites all over the place. These are all white farmers that are being buried."

    But the image isn't from South Africa - it's actually from a report about women being killed in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
