  • I started to notice the downturn when I hit 77. Until then I was relatively healthy but since then I've just been old. I'll possibly start to freak out sometime in the next 10 years if the deterioration continues.

  • I always thought so, Veena, but I've learned in these past three years that there's a downturn. I haven't given up but I do wonder how active I'll be in, say, another five years.

    Sometimes body may not cooperate but remember your mind is stronger, don't allow people with negative vibes near you....you will be alright....no worries...;))
