The CIA. Though so what? It means nothing if they are not loyal to the U.S.. Given recent events there is no reason to assume they are. The CIA is heavily infiltrated with people who serve the cartel of private banks and mega-corporations that make up the emerging world government.
The Snowden leaks proved that the CIA is a criminal agency engaged in widespread domestic surveillance.
Besides, intelligence is only part of what the intelligence agencies do. They're also involved in DECEPTION and they're pretty damned good at that too. The system even had the balls to openly legalize domestic propaganda a few years ago.
Until Trump can clean house and put his own people in place, the CIA is a domestic enemy.
