Discussion»Questions»Human Behavior» Is there a particular food that you refuse to eat because it's associated with a bad memory? If so, how did it happen? ~
Yes...sloppy Joes. When my ex was out shopping with her parents I made some for supper. When she saw how I made them she screamed at me because I didn't make them like she did. Haven't eaten them since. That was 40 years ago.
Milk, I saw a cow being milked or demilked I should say, We were on some kind of school trip. The look of it and the bubbly foam just grossed me out. Never drank it again.

I like brown French mustard. American is so bland it's pointless, English is overpowering - tends to negate the flavour of the food. French enhances it nicely.
When in highschool I once got drunk on MadDog 20/20 grape flavor. For years I could not even smell something grape flavored without getting sick. But cannot say it is from a bad memory....I have very little memory of that night.
I feel you my2cents. My hubby and I used to drink that when we first got married and we were short on cash. We got our hang overs on back then and they were doozies. lol thanks for accepting my friends request.
Would have been over time. Actually have you ever did a "Suicide"? Where you take a little bit of what each person is driving and put it in one drink. Then drink it. Called Suicide because of the likelihood of a serious hangover. One those you could say all in one night....
Had to Google that. Is similar because it is a mix. TheSuicide was fun because it changed every time you did it. Because people drink different things on different days. But did remind me, Coconut rum should be added to my list.
Sounds a bit like a grunge party, I did those a few times in college. Everyone brings a bottle of white spirits (vodka, white rum, gin etc) and empties it into a sterilized bucket by the front door on arrival. Once the party is rolling, the bucket is stirred and everyone dips in. The hangover has to be experienced to be believed ...
We did it with whatever was there. Did not have to be spirits. The hangover is rough. But we did not do that all night. It was usually just one drink. And then we went back to whatever we had.
