Do you have any surprising skills, skills people don't know you have? I mean repeatable ones,not those we have to be careful who we tell :P

I was thinking about this the other day... I am GOOD at folding paper, I know how to do it really professionally, to get a really flat seam... OK so not an earth-shattering skill, (lol tho I have others that are :P) but it's surprising... and it's because when i was a kid my mum worked for a printer and she would sometimes bring home magistrates newsletters and publications to finish off at home.. and I would help her.. we used to have this special tool made from bone...   I also am a gardener extraordinaire and I know a ton of stuff about children with additional support needs... 

And what I thought was.... we are probably all full of strange, quirky skills that we somehow acquired along the way... 

It's kinda cool.... and that's one of the things I love about people... they are endlessly fascinating and have diverse backgrounds and history.

    Tell ME about it.  Usually, I feel badly when I get in someone's face.  I don't want to be a beotch, but sometimes I can't help myself.  The thoughts just flow and the fingers follow.

    I do to. I think we would get along famously. We could have artistic temperamental mood swings while sipping Camille tea to calm our fragile creative temperments while chatting away about nothing in particular . We can even sit outside on the lawn chairs and watch the male joggers run by and eye ball them all inappropriately.   ;))

    I guess a skill I have is once I see a face, I don't forget it. I've had photographic memory for many years with other objects as well. I once stumbled upon this link online about 'face recognizers' .. I thought, wow that  is a THING?? Haha. I guess people actually work for the FBI that are face recognizers- I took the quiz and made the top slot. If only I didn't get queasy with certain crime scenes I'd know my backup line of work. By the way that is wonderful about the paper and gardening too Daydream... nice question!

    They hired my son-in-law JUST BECAUSE HE COULD SPEAK SPANISH.  However, we have a lot of Spanish speakers around these parts.
