Nope, nor is it likely that such a specific cause would be brought up; with the advent of "no-fault divorce" in most US jurisdictions decades ago, filing to dissolve a marriage is one of the easiest legal procedures in the land. Mind you, I didn't say that finalizing it is the easiest, just filing for it. Almost any person at any time can sue for divorce without naming specific reasons. The catch-all phrase is "unreconcilable differences". Unsatisfactory sex can fall into that category.
That's how my my first wife and I split. We dissolved the marriage. Sex had been out of the equation for years as she liked the ladies more.
