What, in your opinion, is the weirdest, or silliest, or most unusual trend you have witnessed thus far in your life?

Isn't it potentially suicidal? 

From what I've read about it, that's not usually it's intent. I suppose the possibility of it being fatal couldn't be ruled-out.

Oh no my eyes!! Wasn't this a thing in prisons for prisoners to advertise whether they were available for sodomy? I bet the fashion trend setters had a right laugh when they put his out there, I'm sure they think "Let's see what we can make them do next?"  Same as "Sliders" now, we called them flip flops.  Honestly for it to now be fashionable for youngsters to where socks with flip flops it's hilarious :D 

I used to tell my male students that the girls hated that, so you must not be looking for girls. They were too stupid to understand.

I just can't figure out how they walk. Plus it always looks like they have a load in their pants.
