What are the Millenials' plan for old people since they won't hire anyone older than 35? Let them starve? Kickstarter campaigns?

Free suicide apps? Make YouTube videos for them about how to understand their "feels"? Write blogs about "Old Age Explained". Virtue signal on Twitter? Snap Chat how they helped an "old" person by giving an old Uber driver a $1 tip?
