Unfortunately you would have to be very, very careful yourself or you could end up hurt too :( Especially if you are female.. the slightest infarction or failing to follow the rules might get you be-headed. As a woman in many of those countries.. if you are raped then you are seen as the one to blame and could land in jail :( I am not saying all Islam is bad.. but it remains true they are not exactly welcoming of foreigners to their land, especially woman ones.
I've been their a few times when I was stationed at Bremerton. My son lives North in Everret and my brother lives in Rochester about two hours south.
