Paper shredders have an automatic cutoff switch that turns the motor off so it won't overheat. Humans need a cutoff switch too. Agree?

It is activated every time a human attempts to tell a lie. The voice goes dead and stays dead for 10 minutes. It will happen every time. No exceptions.  The technology will be in a chip implanted in everyone at birth. No one will think anything of it. It will be as "normal" as breathing air. All of us already born will be implanted with that chip. Those who refuse will be imprisoned until the chip is implanted. That will solve a lot of problems.
