What amazing things can you do using only one hand?

I tried to wring a cloth with only my left hand;  cannot do.  (Right hand was temporarily unavailable)

    I can operate a computer.

    But I do get more spelling errors when i do it one handed.

    I can do a good many things one handed, and it is something I have thought about.. perhaps because I often have one hand unavailable, but most of these are not for polite company :P  

    I can text and send messages with one hand. Does that count?

    You are correct... of course.. but I thought of it first :P  In fact it was the only thing I could think of that was ok for polite company.. Is it 'amazing' - well that would depend on the content :P

    Squish my thumb and pinky  finger inward so that my hand is smaller than my wrist. I can get out of handcuffs this way too.
