I believe somewhere in the Bible Adam is referred to as Eve's husband.  I could be wrong. Thank you for your reply Malizz and Happy Wednesday! :)

I always took Gen 2:24 to be God marrying them.

Gen 2:24 That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh

You don't need anyone to perform it.  You get married before God.

Just as in all marriages, Adam and Eve did the "marrying."

Marriage is is the "covenant by which a man and a woman establish between themselves a partnership of the whole of life and which is ordered by its nature to the good of the spouses and the procreation and education of offspring"

I added the emphasis---Marriage is creative as well as procreative.

I suppose it's kinda like today, a Christian couple will marry and the marriage will conform to Bible laws and principles as well as to the law of the land, so they were yoked together by God and His laws before there was a Bible or man-made governments.

(Genesis 2:18-24) Then Jehovah God said: “It is not good for the man to continue to be alone. I am going to make a helper for him, as a complement of him.” 19 Now Jehovah God had been forming from the ground every wild animal of the field and every flying creature of the heavens, and he began bringing them to the man to see what he would call each one; and whatever the man would call each living creature, that became its name. 20 So the man named all the domestic animals and the flying creatures of the heavens and every wild animal of the field, but for man there was no helper as a complement of him. 21 So Jehovah God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep, and while he was sleeping, he took one of his ribs and then closed up the flesh over its place. 22 And Jehovah God built the rib that he had taken from the man into a woman, and he brought her to the man. 23 Then the man said: “This is at last bone of my bones And flesh of my flesh. This one will be called Woman, Because from man she was taken.” 24 That is why a man will leave his father and his mother and he will stick to his wife, and they will become one flesh.

Q "If Adam & Eve got married who performed the ceremony?"

According to Islam they were both Muslims, meaning they both fully acknowledged and accepted the sovereignty of God over them. In Islam marriage is a social contract between two parties, a man and a woman. It does not need a third party to perform it.
