Yes I believe in it 100%......I've been able to mesmerize people since a very early age.......but it wasnt until my mid teens that I really began to utilize the power that nature had so wisely gifted me with.....:)D
I don't believe in it in a traditional sense. I think that anyone can make amazing things happen with focus. The mind is powerful, and we have very little understanding of how much it can accomplish. I believe in the power of collective thought and in manifestation. I actually place spell-casting and prayer in the same realm for that reason. I don't think there's a god who answers prayers. I'm an atheist, but I support religions of all types when the individuals set out to do good. It's no different if they're gathered together as a coven in a circle or as a congregation in a prayer circle. It's all the same to me.
Is just wishing someone bad luck/failure a form of black magic or witchcraft or do you gotta do something? Can one's ill will toward another person(s) turn around to haunt the person wishing the I'll will? Story from Quora.com about a group of people went to Africa as a archeological expedition to do some work at a site. They made their base at a village nearby. One of the guys became aware that one of the village men had taken a serious dislike toward him for unknown reason. Then he began breaking out in boils and not feeling well but he went out with the group to the site anyway. A bit later the boils began to heal and he was feeling better. When they returned to the village found out the guy's 'enemy' had been killed in a vehicle accident and that witchcraft tools and materials had been found in his room.
Another story from years ago couple of guys I knew were having financial problems due to their business failing so tried some kind of witchcraft/ black magic to try determine winning lottery numbers but abandoned the effort when 'things were getting too scary' one guy told me. He did not want to elaborate.
I also knew a young lady who became involved in 'some kind of stuff' and her body became shriveled like that of a 70 year old.
Witchcraft seems something believe inable but not something to mess with.

Most likely the Witches were skint and they were just having a Barbie'que and Sand'witch event two recoup their losses... There was also a lot at Stake at events for Witches Meat'ings and conventions..... :)D
