    You might find it hard to believe, but it is a fact: I never heard of Freddie Mercury until I went looking for "My Dingaling" and found this flick. And for a while I thought that was Freddie Mercury, and he was terrible.

    There's lots of great singers but nobody like Freddie. He's just too good. Even sounds better live. 

    A four-octave vocal range is quite rare for a rock front-man.

    Billy isn't in the same class as Freddie. He's punk, Freddie was classically trained.

    Freddie is out on his own, but Orbison came closest.
