I've spent the evening with Rob Thomas, well not literally, only musically. Who have you spent the day/evening with?

I had a youtube mix going, and learned that Rob Thomas used to sing with Matchbox 20. I'd vaguely heard of them but discovered I quite like their music too... So all in all an entertaining evening :)

    Yes, we Americans have heard Rob a lot during his days in the Matchbox. Good group, good lead singer.

    My sweetie and I in an apartment overlooking New York City at night.   Nice fire in the Fire place, Barry White type of music, soft lighting a large couch type of seeing and just the two of us enjoying the evening.

    I've spent the last couple of days with The Cranberries' music in my head --  since I first heard about the death of lead singer Dolores O'Riordan.
    Damn.
    I love that group and I love her singing voice.

    I'm not listening literally to them -- just thinking about them a lot in silence.

    The way things have been going lately, perhaps these top musical acts should be led by twin lead singers. That way, they will always have at least one lead singer available.
