She: "SCORE!  Not only did I break Randy D of his horrible habit of expecting me to make sandwiches for him all the time, he eats salads instead, and now I've even got him making the salads with me!  And how cute does he look in that apron? Next step, I'll have him watching The View and going on shopping sprees with me!"

Randy D: "Smile as much as you want; my bags are packed and loaded into my car. I'm leaving you, @#€X*}{!"

    Hmm factually anything we might say would only be a guess... but here goes. I think he said something cute and funny, maybe even a little suggestive and naughty...  Her smile looks a little like she doesn't know how to take the comment....but she likes him, doesn't want to offend him... she is happy, he is happy.
