While sitting do you shake your foot, tap your hand or do you sit perfectly still?

If you sit perfectly still, how do you do it?

Mostly I dangle one shoe off my toes and kind of bounce my leg....
If I'm wearing strappy shoes or boots I just bounce my leg ow wiggle my foot...
I tend to do it while I'm thinking....it seems to help....lol

Just imagine how much better you could think if you had two feet.

I sequentially click my fingernails on the glass top of the coffee table as if I am playing a piano. (I don't.) It drives my wife crazy. That's why I do it.

I am a (former) motorcycle racer. Therefore, I twist my right wrist, pump my left hand,  (clutch) and tap my foot on the shift lever. You could make it into a dance, but it would look stupid.

I totally get that.  Myself, as a past ice skater thought I'd see if I still "had it" while maneuvering across a patch of ice during the winter.  I don't... It is all still "in me" I just don't have the physical ability any longer.

Same here. I took the g'kids to a skating rink and got skates for myself, remembering how neat it used to feel. I stepped on the ice and the skate went "skritch" and I thought "Ya know, people break bones this way!" So I sat out the remainder of the occasion.

Probably the times I sit perfectly still
are when I sit for deep meditation.
    How do I do it?
       when I sit for meditation,
I withdraw from the physical world
and my concentration is placed within
making the mind still, and my focus
is on the Light within. Crossing beyond
    time and space into
infinite energy, the body is still,
the mind is still, and the separate identity
between Ego and the ocean of
    consciousness is dissolved,
thus, at these times when there is no time
    I sit perfectly still....LOL
    otherwise...the mind is active and
    the body follows.

I have a bottle of magnesium pills. Any time I can't control my muscles perfectly, I take a pill. If you would study some books about nutrition, you would know things like that.
