London cabbies are required to pass an exam called "The Knowledge" to obtain a licence. Is a graduate known as a Roads Scholar?

    It's nothing more than a license to print money....to travel 3 miles cost £30 .....lots more if it's in heavy traffic....the Tariff goes up after 11 or 12 at night and it's more if they carry more then one person ...if you have a suitcase that's extra to..... Plus thy don't always take the shortest route....
