  • I awoke with Put a Little Love in Your Heart playing in my head this morning.  I don't mind it at all. :-)

    1. More than a few. Today's choice is "Comfortably Numb". Pink Floyd.
    2. No, I wasn't thinking of any songs before reading your question. This post was edited by Element 99 at April 19, 2018 2:45 PM MDT

I don't doubt it.  It's a VERY catchy tune with a VERY positive message, added to the fact that it's aged well and held up well these 43 years.

'The Flower Girl' song by The Cowsills. I am taking my son to see them live tonight.

This is so weird. The other night (Wed or Thurs) I had a jingle stuck in my head and it was driving me nuts. Oh, it was Wed evening, because on Thursday, I was remembering having something stuck in my head, but couldn't remember what it was. Which, you'd think would have been a good thing, right? Not stuck in my head anymore, yea! But it wasn't, because then I was really bothered by the fact that I couldn't remember what it was that had been stuck in my head! It had something to do with a pirate, and I have no idea where I even heard it, but it was incredibly annoying. I had a good laugh at how completely F-ed up my brain is, being annoyed because I couldn't remember what annoying song was stuck in my head. I still don't remember it.

I know this doesn't answer you question, but I hope it was mildly amusing.

    1. Just about any, except for the ones that DO get stuck in my head.

    2. I usually am.

  • (This is the one that was stuck in my head when the other member asked ...
Why is it always the worst songs that get stuck in your head?)

Waylon Jennings - "Just to Satisfy You"

(Anyway ... stuck in my head for three days after I used it to answer a different question on AM).
