    Yep, my peripheral vision (side vision; what is seen on the side by the eye when looking straight ahead.) has
    directed me, through thinking,  out of some dangerous situations...

    If you think about it, everyone thinks sideways.   Since the shape of a brain isn't 'unbent', no one can actually think straight.

    Now that I think about it, yes, I do on occasion have to think sideways. I like to turn my monitor so the long dimension is vertical. That makes it much easier to fully appraise bikinis, monokinis, and notkinis. (A monokini is half of a bikini, and a notkini is simply nothing.) That requires to right click the desktop, select Resolution, and change "Landscape" to "Portrait". Then I get a confirmation screen, which requires me to move the mouse horizontally to move the cursor vertically, and get it over to the "Yes" box. It takes some practice.
