Do you get tired of seeing ads for items you've already purchased?

I understand the personalized advertisements on sites like Answer Mug, but wouldn't it be nice if you could check a box that says "bought it"? I'm tired of seeing ads for crap I've already bought. Especially if they're for a better item/better deal!
