Would you change the Constitution? How?

If you could get rid of, or change, anything recognized in the Bill of Rights, what would it be?

If you could make any changes to the Amendments that have passed since then, what would it be?

If you could add anything to the Constitution, what would you add?

    How do you disband something that is not officially organized together?

    Or are you talking about giving the government the authority to decide who can associate with who?
    In other words, doing away with "freedom of association".

    You don't have the faintest clue what a 'Nazi' is, do you?

    And as much as I despise the beliefs of the Klan, white supremacists, and REAL Nazis (along with Communists, Socialists & Fascists) I'll respect someone's right to believe anything they want to.  I might not respect what they believe, but I'll respect their right to believe it.

    Personally, nope, I wouldn't change anything. That said, if it was changed somehow, would the citizens be satisfied and embrace it and would there be any guarantee that the government would follow and uphold the changed Constitution any better than they follow and uphold our present Constitution? :)

    I would re-write the 2nd Amendment:
    "Every person has the Right to own and use whatever weapon they want."
    Basic self-defense training would be required of all citizens.

    I would constitutionally limit the size of the federal military to 1/100th the national population, except in time of war declared by Congress.
    The military would be forbidden from operating within the borders of foreign nations, except in time of declared war.

    No government agents, other than the military, could carry weapons not available to the average citizen.
    EG: if Chicago outlawed all weapons (in violation of the 2nd Amendment), no government agents (including police) could carry weapons either.

    There would be no elections.
    Representatives would be randomly drawn from a pool of all citizens eligible for jury duty.

    There would be no national capital.
    Congress would either meet online, or at a randomly-selected city.
