    Just so you know for future reference......We only eat Low GI bread in our house....and I only wear Hi Cut SwimWear.....

    For God sake at least do some Reserch and get your facts right before posting on this Mug ...     (Shakes Head) ..... Yet again.....:(

    The photos more realistic and do t you have Low GI bread in the States....?  It's on General Issue in most all of our Bakers  bread shops over here.....Like me ,it's the most Tasty Morsel ever eaten.... :)D
