    Well maybe they can`t make it rain tomorrow but they could probably whip up a cold front then every body would have to put on a sweater for the cookout - which would bring down moral and that's when they attack.     America has a vast seceret weather base high up in North America dedicated to weather control.....it covers hundreds of acres and is completly visible on google earth....It's a secret complex and they can make it rain and create huge electrical rain storms.....
    Look on Nexflicks ...you can view  it all....:)
