The pasturized egg contain less vitamins (but also less 'foreign'  bacteria. eg: salmonella)

'pasture raised eggs' is not an official desigation for eggs, it is usually used for eggs sold directly from the farm, but could mean anything. This post was edited by JakobA the unAmerican. at May 29, 2018 7:41 AM MDT

One does not "raise" an egg, so there is no such thing.

I don't happen to know what a "pasteurized one" is. Google turns up a bewildering variety of guesses.

That so untrue....:(      How does one gets one egg into ones frying pan if one does not raise ones egg up into ones frying pan or one egg poacher, if one doesn't raise it....
I thought I just had to raise this point with you...:) D

Hey, everybody. It's Pasteurized...Named for Louis Pasteur, hence it should be capitalized.

Guidelines for those who perform medical transcription:

Capitalize eponyms, but do not capitalize the adjectives, prefixes, and common nouns
that accompany them. Also, do not capitalize the nouns, adjectives, and verbs derived
    from eponyms.

    For example:

    non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma
    Parkinson’s disease
    red rubber Robinson catheter
    parkinsonism
    pasteurized milk
