Yes. Eggs are one of the best foods you can eat. Especially the yolks.
There are many resources you can find to verify this.

Thanks. Everything in the yolks is used to make a new bird. The whites have very little nutritional value.

No. Eggs sometimes contain bacteria, such as the famous Salmonella, and uncooked egg whites destroy B vitamins. (Not much. but some.) Besides, cooked egg yolks actually have more protein than uncooked.

The bacteria are on the shell. They can be cleaned. If it were inside the shells, you would know it as soon as you open it. Nasty smell.

The common toad may be okay but I hear eggs from the European green toad are better for making the best shakes. This post was edited by O-uknow at May 30, 2018 9:44 PM MDT

When I was a kid we made 'stirred egg' quite often (1 egg yolk and one teaspoon of sugar stirred for a long time),
I would not do it today, what with Salmonella, and the like.

    Nope.

I stopped eating eggs once, and got the egg shakes.
Would not want to go through those again.

    LOL

I don’t care if eating raw eggs added years to your life. There are just certain things I refuse to swallow and that’s one of them.
