    when I am driving, always.
    Once a motorcycle cop
drove up next to me and said
"Pull Over" I got a ticket for $140.00
for not having the seat belt on.

The price is a lot higher if she becomes a projectile out her windshield.

Only in cars and airplanes. Otherwise, I just live dangerously.

Yes!  I don't want to get a ticket.  I never had one before and I'd rather not start getting them.

Yes, but not wearing one is a secondary offense here. They have to find another reason to pull you over.

Of course ... every time I sit down.  It's quite embarrassing to fall out of your seat.  So whenever I have to sit down I make sure to buckle my seat belt.   Sure, people will laugh at me (especially in restrooms), but we'll see who has the last laugh when those non-seat belt wearers fall off their seat.

Nope.  Never.   I don't wear jewelry either.  I hate confinement.

In the front of the car (as driver or passenger) - always.  In the rear, most of the time.

I do alla time now because I learned the hard way that cops are pretty good at spotting the unbelted.
When seat belt law first came into effect I just regarded it as kind of a nuisance and just another excuse for cops to pull you over so I just pulled one of the straps from an old lawn chair and threw it over my shoulder. Anyway it did finally sink into me that seat belts are probably a good thing.

Always.  I feel vulnerable without it fastened.

Nothing the cops like better than an easy case.
