    You make fake weekend plans and prepare for a weekend outing then when the rain god makes thunderstorms and lightning all weekend you paint the kitchen which was your real plan then Monday you take off on your week's holiday while it becomes nice and sunny.     Cloud seeding.....silver iodide ,potassium iodide ,liquid propane or solid carbon dioxide "dry ice" make it rain ....me trying to catch some rays in the buff seems to make it hotter though...:))
