    Randy D is dressed like that because he fancies himself as a pied piper of tildes.
    Anything that is remotely shaped like a tilde is helpless against his enticing music as you can see in the image.   :  )  He wants my tildes....

    His grammar is way too good.. Scammers typically have very poor English - that is not something we associate with Randy D.
