Indeed I do.  In fact,  I AM the Edit Button Queen! If you happen to glance back on my responses, I'm sure you will find the edited note under most of them.  Why?
 95% of my entries come straight out of my head without any filter.  The words formulate and my fingers start moving.  Communication between the two doesn't always come true.  Thoughts are derailed and fingers go askew.  Everything Grammie taught me about grammar doesn't even catch the train.  To make matters worse, at the very end of the track, my brain somehow sends the signal down to my right hand to move the mouse and hit the "Post Reply" button.  Low and behold, what do we have but a debunked thought with a bunch of words that are not spelled correctly and most certainly are used grammatically incorrect. 
The whole post is a train wreck!!

I edit only rarely.. I am a spontaneous kinda person :P

I edit.

If I notice I have made a mistake (and often I just move on without checking) I will make the change. 

I edit.  I'm a perfectionist and all postings MUST be perfect - even if it takes 2 hours to write 1 sentence.  Of course, I don't wear my glasses while answering so some mistakes may still get through.

I review them, but rarely need to edit.

I edit fairly often for a variety of reasons, most of which are probably unimportant in the long run.
