It's impolite to ask a person their age.  (Most people "devise" with their head).

    Hey
I have a mac Pro as well
Thought it was the last computer that I would ever need.
    Because it was very upgradeable.
But then I couldn't upgrade the operating system
to what's new today. GRRRR Had to buy an iMac (Used)
so I could get up to date. I still use it
but Just not as much. Good computer though.

  • Hmmm ... I've upgraded the O/S from Yosemite (I think it was) to High Sierra 10.13.1.  I don't know if that's current because I've been avoiding upgrades because I don't want to upgrade my iTunes player.  I don't remember having any trouble doing an upgrade that I wanted though.

Sorry to hear that you had trouble.  You're right though ... good computer. I held on to Windows XP as long as I could ... tried Linux and then Mac.  Never going back to Windows. :)
