    Freedom. Self determination, women want and deserve control over their own lives, futures and bodies. 

    A level playing field. In the workplace, in governance and in society.

    That is by no means a comprehensive list, but provides some fodder for discussion.

    Unraveling the secrets (I'm afraid to write what of because I think it is a proper noun and should be capitalized and I don't want Randy to get mad) with you sounds great.  It would be even greater if we invited Zack, too.  Swirling secrets among friends always goes better with a Pilsner.  As far as sharing sandwiches, sure!  Why pick between the two?  Why not make it a party for a Sunday afternoon?
    Some Quasars, a few Pilsners, bites of a club sandwich or two with friends sounds like a great way to spend an afternoon!!
