I like your take on this (and the pic), but I want to point out that the flip side of the famous “grace” quote, is that by the grace of that same God ”goes” the poor unfortunate soul you’re glad isn’t you.
Some non-denominational brain leakage for your consideration.

What is meant, is that GOD is the only thing between you and Ted Bundy. God determines (some say through past actions from past lives, etc.) what your fate is once you incarnate. All that is needed for you to be Ted is a slight chromosome addition, or a misplaced neuron here and there.
That is what is meant. You have no choice. There is NO free will in the end. Not when you cannot resist urges you have no way of knowing how they manifested in the first place.
Color me unmoved. I respect your conviction, but I couldn’t disagree more. Fate? Past lives? No freewill? I don’t know who’s book you’re reading from, but I’m not buyin’ it, dog. You’re certainly entitled to your beliefs, but believe me, you are much better served pointing your proselytizing toward someone who holds a higher opinion of Theist religion than I do.
OK, so I know you like to make people think, and I know many of answer with flippancy... but all I could think of was... idiot, ignorant, person who believes dogma over fact. Those are some of the words I would use to describe someone who defends the indefensible.
Indeed. I’m a little surprised these terms weren’t broached before. Other adjectives remain that come to mind, but I’ll hold my tongue lest I taint future responses. Thanks, ADDB.
