When axe-murderers hitchhike and drivers ask whether or not they're axe-murderers before giving them a ride, they never lie, right?

It's the same theory as asking if your dealer is a cop, before buying drugs.  
They are obligated to tell you the truth.

I just cannot answer this question until you fix your typo. I'd rather give a ride to an ax murderer than someone who doesn't proofread.
