  • "Was also my first surgery."  I said, "Doc, aren't you gonna give me an anesthetic?  He replied, "No, it would hurt worse than the incision."

    Ever see those movies ... a cowboy, on the prairie, gets snake bit and his partner cuts open his leg and sucks out the poison?  Anyway, I felt like one of those cowboys that day ... I just wished it would have been my leg, and not my neck!
