Early morning, within half an hour of waking. I eat fresh home-prepared foods, and exercise every day. No white flours, sugar, fruit-juice or processed foods. I have five Turkish sundried apricots in the late afternoon. If trying dried fruit experiment to find out how many and what kind suit you. Just one fruit either way can make a difference.

im a vegan so i eat a ton of vegetables and high fiber food AND i juice the crap out of vegetables so it makes me poo pretty often
i dont mind though because my bowel movements got all messed up when i abused laxatives for a few years and it took months to at least poo once every other day
