My Menopause is long gone, but if You are younger than 50, the following article gives You some suggestions how to self-medicate! Do you have better suggestions, please, run the gammut!

    My better half is going through "the change", all I can do is be there for her. All of a woman's "reproductive issues" are our fault, after all:
    Menopause, Menstruate, Histerectomy etc.

    As for a "midlife crisis", I haven't copped that one yet - but I am experiencing "middle-aged spread".

  • 2 months are gone until I have the time to look into past posts to make sure I see what my friends wrote. My hubby had a stroke in summer, and next to his 3x hemodialyses per week and recuperation from an artial heart valve replacement,( overall 5 hospital stays since last Febr.) he cannot do anything, I am also his driver and otherwise his everything. Now he is in a state that I can slowly be in answermug again. Thanks for this answer, friend.
