I dare say it might for some, perhaps for a person who has achieved all their goals in life and is happy with what they have and who they have become.
I doubt that the satisfaction could last indefinitely.
Assuming that all basic needs are met, other desires for things like activity, the stimulations of challenges, new learning and discoveries, self-development and expression, helping others, new goals, purpose or sense of meaning -- all these are highly likely to arise sooner or later.

Not completely, I'd say adaption to whatever life throws at you, and losing yourself in an activity with such enjoyment whereupon you don't even know you exist because self obsession can be a prison.
Inner peace can be only achieved by me by being totally satisfied with my actions. Since I am not completely satisfied, my inner peace is something I have to work on. Being impulsive and making decisions on a whim describes a Scorpio, which is one of my negative traits within that Zodiak sign.
