Giggling!! I have never taken it but I can see how that could happen. I must tell you. I am a natural insomniac. Many people don't believe there is such a thing but there is. I don't need 8 hours every night. At least that is what I tell myself. It probably would do my brain and body good. I have a hard time shutting my brain down. I begin to wonder what I am thinking about and why. ;) At 3 am I'm not in a good position to jump into action! Some people just don't need as much sleep as others.... At least that is what I tell myself! Big smiles! Do you have any extra? Big winks and smiles!! :);)

Hi Merlin. You said, "I am a natural insomniac. Many people don't believe there is such a thing but there is." I agree with that. There has been at least one study recently which showed that some people are naturally nocturnal. That's me. Now that my wife is out of town for two weeks I am moving toward my natural rhythm - up until 2:00 AM, sleep until 10:00.
We really should get together and have tea. We seem to be on the same schedule. How do we do it? it's been so long since I've had "a straight eight," my body would probably decline the opportunity. You know how they say, "high on stress?" Well, that's not it. It's high on life and sleep deprivation. :) :)
The alarm goes off at 5 on the dot. I get up at 4:45 am and make coffee. Many have read this a thousand times but it still holds true. I serve Don coffee in bed and a sweet every morning before the alarm goes off. I've done this since the first night we spent together. If I am not in bed by 3 am, there is no use in going. I still send Don to bed so he can have his coffee and sweet. (normally Dove chocolate squares :) :)) Spoiled? Yes. We both are . :) :)
