There are no foods I should not eat. Some I don't like. Some I don't eat because I don't like, they are too caloric, or they are too expensive. When I say food, I mean real plain simple fresh food..........not restaurant or processed stuff.
I love Italian food. Pizza, Spaghetti, Ravioli, Lasagna. I have the beginnings of an ulcer and suffer with burning hours after eating Italian food. But sometimes i crave it so much I don't care! lol
I try to keep pork steaks in the freezer. It only takes one to make several amazing breakfast tacos with eggs and whatever else I feel like throwing in there. I eat!
Dairy is good for you. Calcium is essential, and non-dairy sources are not readily bioaccessible. Vegans tend to get osteoporosis earlier than non-vegans.
Jelly Beans...carnauba wax, sugar and coloring dye. Why eat fruit when you can have a Brachs jelly bean!
