Sometimes, yes. When It amuses me to do so. I don’t battle BS with more BS, like monkeys at the zoo. I find that purveyors of said BS too often have little tolerance for rational contradiction, or they adjust their position upon being confronted. They don’t want to hear dissent, or are unprepared for it. This can be amusing. Sometimes a reasonable confab can emerge, and we can actually learn from each other. Thing is, falsehoods always lead to a dead end, and enough reason applied can render that dead end obvious.
I don’t know about all that, but I do read voraciously, and I desire to be well-informed about things that interest me. Doing so, I amass useful fodder for discussion. THAT I enjoy.
I do not entice or urge them on. I do everything in my power to make a transition of topic and thought.

Yes....I tell those talking Bull S**** ....never ever step back without looking ,it hardly ever goes down well to walk around with S*** on your shoes.... :)
Usually. Sometimes it is to my advantage to allow them to crucify themselves. Sometimes the substance is not important enough for the damage it might do to someone or a relationship. But generally, yeah, I call BS where I find it.
