    That could be very dangerous if you butter the toast in the shower because the butter could cause a slipping hazard. Cheers!

  • its okay i ripped out the ceiling light and i can just grab the exposed wiring for extra stability

    A single burner hot plate turned on high not in the shower stall but just outside the curtain because it was kind of chill and I wanted warmth when I stepped out. I forgot about the hotplate being there and put my foot on it then slipped and landed my butt right on the burner. 
    I guess that is one of the kind of incidents that doctors can laugh about.

    I really can't imagine why I might even want to shower with an electrical appliance!

    I have used a portable oil-filled radiator in the bathroom, with its lead taken through a groove in the doorframe to reach a socket on the wall outside.
