Has your wardrobe changed the older you've gotten?

  • Well, I don't wear crop tops anymore. I don't care what kind of great shape one is in, it's never appropriate for a 55 year old.    I still wear tanks, denim and boots, so in that respect my wardrobe has not changed, only the brands.  Jordache and Dittos are no longer a thing, and have been replaced with American Rag and Buckle. No.  My birthday suit is a bit wrinkled, but i still wear it wherever I go.

My other wardrobe has consisted of jeans and a t-shirt since I was a teenager.  I dress for comfort, not fashion.

My trousers have gotten bigger around and shorter. I no longer wear underwear. When I was teaching...polo and khaki casual. When I retired...sweats when cool and cold, shorts and tees when warm and hot.

  • I used to dress to impress.  Now you're lucky if you catch me with clothes on. :P

Like Shuhak said, I've always been a jeans and a T-shirt guy. I wear them, by far, the most.
Unless, like Wakko said, I'm wearing nothing at all.

  • I can see us on the floor on a thick comforter in front of the roaring fire, succumbing to our wild animal passions.  Damn, I should write. xD

  • Not as much as you might think. I'm still wearing hoodies and Vans and skinny jeans. lol

I do have some slightly different tastes, but overall it's fairly similar to the way it's always been.

It changed when I retired from my corporate career.  For many years I "dressed" every day for my job.  Now I'm in capris and Tshirts pretty much all of the time.....unnless, like a couple of others have stated, I'm in nothing at all.

No. I am still very comfortable wearing Pampers and a bib.
