Try studying why.  Many foods cause people to go either way and many are very good for you.

You go on a fast and eat watermelon, chances are you will get the runs.  That is not the fault of the watermelon, your body needs to be cleansed.

  • No, YOUR body needs to be cleansed.  I'm not about to eat any stank watermelon, nor dairy products because I KNOW what will happen if I do. :P

I love figs but too many will make you more than regular until your system gets used to them.  I guess potatoes would be something that binds you up, not sure about that one.

Hi.  Thanks for the fig entry.  However, if you are not sure, then it can't be something that is good for you that causes constipation since it is not causing you any.

The best thing for binding one up is matzah. But eating too much of it can cause constipation.

THANK you for two selections.  Two answers and two things most of us can relate to.

I do not think cheese is good for anyone, but I'll take it.

I just looked up spirulina. 60-70% protein. Incredible. And you can grow your own.

Using a comma where it isn't necessary is neither good for anyone nor does it fend off diarrhea. It does, however, leave me kind of constipated. (Stu Bee, this one you missed?)

I don't know why you think this is a way to display your intellectual prowess.  It looks to the world that you are displaying an inordinate amount of evidence to the exact contrary.  Running around the site acting like a troll is no way to show class or any sense of maturity.

Shame on you both.  And Randy, don't send me a message.  This is totally stupid.

Since when is it about displaying anything? When I see an error, I correct it. I don't worry about what I cannot control, so whatever people may think or how it looks "to the world" (whatever that means), I really don't care. I'm not trying to impress anyone.

But perhaps your desire to "correct" might be seen as a social error in need of correction.

But perhaps I don't care, and anyone who feels that way is just a pot calling the kettle black.

Cheese can be constipating.  Too much of anything sweetened with sorbitol can cause diarrhea.

Well I'd like to see a complete checkup on anyone who thinks this is a good idea to follow.  More tribal stupid.  From people who dine on cheese and beer and think it is healthy.

If you want to be lumpy looking and be senile before you die?  Have at it.  Lots of dinosaur GOP in that state.  It figures. This post was edited by WM BARR . =ABSOLUTE TRASH at December 15, 2018 7:41 AM MST

Idk, wine and cheese seems to be a pretty decent combo, ???? and cheese= no good?? The French seem to be generally a healthy lot, they smell "organic" at the very least and now are getting gas tax rebate checks too!...Seems to be working out ok for them?!

A huge dose of Senna Pods and a rather large huge Cork ,but not in that order.......The Cork needs to be used correctly first to prevent stampedes and also for health and safety reasons.... Large cloths pegs might also come in handy for those last in the que to leave the room...  :(
