    I've bailed many dogs and cats out of the pound.  Why?  Because I couldn't stand them being in there when they had a whole world to play in.

    No. Bail means I did it intentionally.  Usually time and circumstances prevent me from keeping my word on a planned event.  I cannot lie, so I cannot bail.
