    No way, or bye bye any freedom and privacy we have left. They are also a Radio Frequency radiation device, so that would increase your risk of cancer, which is why they tell you not to hold it right next to your ear. The IARC and the WHO recognise all RF technology as a 2B carcinogen, which means it can possibly increase your risk of cancer, and this was done of the back of thousands of studies that linked heavy mobile phone use to a specific type of brain cancer, you can find these on the IARC website.  Other studies also show cancer in other organs, reduced fertility rate and melatonin production.
