  • Reminding myself I have walked through fire and rain and survived! I am still standing:)

  • I rely on my past experiences which helped build me.  I have learned by mistakes I've made along the way, and remember that we are all a work in progress.  No one is perfect, and I am not out to impress anyone.   I certainly didn't get self-confidence from my parents, and I don't look to other people for that, because that's empty.

  • Try to remember that life is really a series of repeated situations.  If you survived the first rounds ... chances are, you'll do fine the next times.  Paying attention and learning from your mistakes ... makes you feel more confident that you can handle things that are thrown at you. I took burlesque classes. I highly recommend them, even if you don't ever plan on performing. Very empowering.

I don't think that either a tutu or pasties would look very good on me.

Fine, but no matter how hard you try, you can't make a tutu or pasties work on me.

    Since confidence
    comes from within
I rest my being within that....
Only thing that I have ever found
that is 100% reliable and true...hahaha
